Section 3(1) in The Haryana Sikh Gurdwara (Management) Act, 2014
(1)There shall be established a Committee to be called the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee for the proper management and control of the Gurdwaras and Gurdwara properties within the State of Haryana with effect from the date, which the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
