173. Omission of certain sections of Haryana Act 16 of 1994.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, on and from the date of commencement of this Act, clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 88 and section 121 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) shall be omitted.
