Section 10(6) in Punjab Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2019
(6)Final approval of Registration certificate shall be subject to the deposit of one-time payment of Registration to the Department of Forests and Wildlife Preservation on various categories of Wood Based Industry as may be determined by State Level Committee from time to time and also the Registration fee to the Government as may be determined by the State Level Committee from time to time. Thereafter, the administrative/regulatory charges and Green Fees shall have to be paid by the registered unit annually at such rates as may be determined by the State Government from time to time.
