Section 7(1) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(1)The Authority shall examine the application for registration of a warehouse, within ten working days of its receipt, so as to determine as to whether -(a)the application is complete, as per the requirement of sub-rule (4) of rule 4; and(b)the applicant fulfills the eligibility requirements stated under rules 15,16,17,18 and 21.
