Section 7(1) in Jharkhand Building (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, 2011
(1)The rent payable in relation to a building shall be:(a)the rent agreed to between the landlord and the tenant in writing, or(b)the Standard Rent as specified under section 9.
