On 29.6.2011, present petition was taken-up for hearing, however, neither learned advocate for the petitioner nor learned advocate for the respondent was present. Hence, the proceedings were adjourned to 19.7.2011. Thereafter, the proceedings came to be adjourned on two occasions due to absence of the parties.
Today also, no one is present when the petition is taken-up for hearing. Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution.
