Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment dated 8th May, 2014 rendered by this Court in CWP No.8191 of 2012, titled as Som Prakash versus State of H.P. & others, along with connected matters.
2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-State to consider the case of the petitioner within a period of ten weeks from today, strictly in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove. The pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of. No costs.
