Section 28 in Uttarakhand Water Management and Regulatory Act, 2013
28. Amount recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
- Any amount payable under this Act, except an amount payable under this Chapter may, on a Certificate of the Secretary of the Commission, be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
