Finance Committee or if there is no Finance Committee, the Standing Committee shall arrange for the inspection of pounds and pound keepers shall be bound to produce all registers and forms called for by the inspecting officer. The inspecting officer shall, during the course of his inspection verity every month as many receipts issued to owners under Rule 64 as are available, with their counterfoils filed in the pounds and report to the Finance Committee or the Standing Committee as the case may be, the irregularities it' any, noticed by him.(k)Miscellaneous
