Section 326(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)No person shall injure of foul any water-closet, privy urinal or bathing or washing place or any fittings or appliances in connection therewith which have been provided for the use in common of the inhabitants of one or more buildings.
