1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Bihar Excise (settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Country/Spiced Country Liquor, Foreign Liquor/Beer and Composite Liquor Shop) Rules, 2007.(2)It extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force with effect from 1 July, 2007.
