30. Surrender of certificate of registration of a service company of Lloyd's India.
(a)A service company may apply for a surrender of certificate of registration through Lloyd's India.(b)The Authority may consider the request for surrender after considering all facts of the case including servicing of the existing contracts and may pass necessary orders.
