Section 194(1) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(1)Should a dispute arise touching the amount of compensation which the Board is required by this Act to pay it shall be settled in such manner as the parties may agree, or, in default of agreement, by the Collector upon application made to him by the Board or the person claiming compensation.
