PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the
respondents 1 to 5 herein not to lay the Tar road on the petitioner's
landed property in Survey No.98/2 A, Melakuyilkudi village, Madurai
South Taluk, Madurai District and consequently direct the respondents 1
to 5 to use vast extent of poramboke land available at the adjacent survey
numbers of his property to lay the Tar Road.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein not to lay a Tar road on the petitioner's private patta land in Survey No.98/2 A, Melakuyilkudi village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, now Tar road has been laid in a different survey number. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents, on instructions, submits https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/4 W.P(MD)No.19442 of 2015 that the Tar road has been laid in a different survey number and the petitioner's patta land has not been disturbed. The said facts are recorded.
Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
