In the Rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(a)'Act' means the Dentists Act, 1948;(b)'Appendix' means the appendix to these Rules:(c)'Council' means the State Dental Council constituted by the Government of Bombay under section 21;(d)'Form' means a form given in the Appendix:(e)'Registrar' means the Registrar appointed under section 28;(f)'Section' means a section of the Act.I.
