Mr. Abhay Pratap Singh, learned counsel, appears for Capital Land Builders Pvt. Ltd. who is the petitioner in CM(M) 422/2019 and the respondent No. 1 in CM(M) 135/2020. None of the other respondents are represented despite service.
3. I am informed that no further pleadings are required to be filed in either of the petitions, which can be argued on the available record.
