Section 38 in Gujarat Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1963
38. Records and returns to be made by trophy and pets dealers.- A trophy dealer or dealer in pets shall keep such records and submit such returns of his dealings to the Wild Life Preservation Officer as may be prescribed.
