Section 9(1) in The M.P. Ayurvedic, Unani Tatha Prakritik Chikitsa Vyavasayi Rules, 1973
(1)Nomination papers which are not received by the Returning Officer in his office before 12 noon on the date fixed by the President for the purpose and notified in the Gazette shall be rejected.
