307. Applicability of sections 305 and 306 when a street is in part public and in part private.
- If a portion only of any street is a public street, within the meaning of that term as defined in clause (x) of section 3, the other portion of such street may for all purposes of sections 305 and 306 be deemed to be a private street.Projections and Obstructions
