(10)Every appeal or application to the [Tribunal] [ Substituted by Act 11 of 2003, Section 15, for " Company Law Board" .] under sub-section (2) or sub-section (4) shall be made by a petition in writing and shall be accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed.
