Section 26(1) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Assam Rules, 1991
(1)An application for obtaining the consent of the Board in terms of Section 21 of the Act shall be made in Form 1; provided that in case of improvement to the existing facilities the person shall be required to file a fresh application.
