Section 27(27) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
27.2Where the tariff is being determined for stage or unit of a generating station, the Generating Company shall adopt a reasonable basis for allocation of capital cost relating to common facilities and allocation of joint and common costs across all stages or units, as the case may be:Provided that the Generating Company shall maintain an Allocation Statement providing the basis for allocation of such costs and submit such statement to the Commission along with the application for determination of tariff under Part B of these Regulations.
