Section 119(3) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(3)A person who has obtained a licence for collecting, forwarding and distributing goods shall carry with him his licence while on duty and shall produce it on demand for inspection by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority or the District Transport Officer and shall also cause a true copy of his licence to be exhibited at a prominent place in the approved premises.
