Section 9(3) in The Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005
(3)In addition to the chairperson or managing director or whole-time director, by whatever name called, the board of directors shall consist of not less than fifty per cent. directors who shall be personshaving special knowledge in, or practical experience of, the matters relating to public administration, law, banking, finance, accountancy, management or information technology.
