(2)GSICC will also have the power to recommend to the Appropriate Authority to pass orders against the Respondent including, but not limited, to the following:(a)debarment of entry into the Subordinate Court precincts for a specified period extending upto a maximum period of one year; and(b)in appropriate cases, to recommend filing of a criminal complaint and/or a disciplinary complaint before the concerned disciplinary authority governing the Respondent (including the concerned Bar Council) for taking appropriate action, and the Appropriate Authority may pass orders thereon subject to Regulation 12.
