Section 5(1) in BIHAR SPECIAL ARMED POLICE ACT, 2021

(1)The hierarchy of the Special Armed Police Officers shall be as mentioned in Schedule III of the Act;Provided that the government may, by notification, add or delete any of the posts in the said Schedule.
