Section 26 in The Orissa Apartment Ownership Act, 1982
26. Removal of doubts.
- For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 4 of 1882 shall in so far as they ate not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, apply to every apartment together with its undivided interest in the common areas and facilities as they apply in relation to any other immovable property.
