(3)On receipt of application under sub-section (1) for reselling the tendu leaves and the application under sub-section (2) for the purchase of such tendu leaves the State Government or the authorized officer may, on payment of such consideration by the purchaser, as may be prescribed grant the permission in writing to both of them.]
