This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as a seasonal helper in any of the Direct Paddy Procurement Centre, Dindigul Zone, http://www.judis.nic.in by considering his representation, dated 01.04.2019. 2
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the similarly placed persons like that of the petitioner were appointed as seasonal helper in TNCSC by the second respondent, the petitioner was not appointed as a seasonal helper.
