49. Circulation of order of reference to other Benches.
The Registrar of the referring Bench shall send a copy of the Order of reference to all the other Benches of the Tribunal for information. __________(1) Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt. II, Sec. 4, dated 14th May, 2009.
