Section 19 in The Kerala Tax on Luxuries Acts, 1976
19. Bar of Jurisdiction.
- No suit shall lie in any civil court to set aside or modify any assessment made under this Act and no prosecution, suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any authority or officer for any thing in good faith done or intended to be done in this Act.
