(b)Came into force on 26th April, 2000 in the areas under Police Stations Kalimpong, Gurubathan and Jaldhaka, in the Sub-Division Kalimpong, District Darjeeling, vide Agriculture Deptt. notification No. 2669-M.W&C/1M-8/94, dated the 26th April, 2000.]] on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
