Section 29(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Recordkeeping Agency) Regulations, 2015
(1)On completion of the inspection or audit, a report shall be submitted to the Authority, which after consideration of the report, may take such action as it may deem fit and appropriate in the interest of the subscribers.
