Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite the fact that there is inordinate delay of 1883 days in filing the Special Leave Petition for which no satisfactory explanation is furnished, we have gone through the Special Leave Petition and perused the relevant material. We do not find any legal and valid ground for interference. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
