Section 166(i) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(i)An appeal under Section 72 shall be presented either by the appellant or by a certified pleader duly authorised on his behalf by a vakalat attested in the manner prescribed in the Civil Rules of Practice applicable to Muffasil Civil Courts or by an agent holding a Power of Attorney authenticated as laid down in Section 33.
