Section 1 in The Rajasthan Lands and Buildings Tax Act, 1964
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan [Lands and Buildings Tax] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 15 of 1973.] Act, 1964.(2)It extends to the Whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1964.
