29. Decision on question as to validity of membership, Act or proceeding.
- Where any question arises whether a person has been duly nominated or appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of an authority other than the Board or whether any act or proceeding of an authority including the Board is consistent with this Act and the statues, it shall be referred to the Chancellor, whose decision thereon shall be final.
