Section 28(3) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(3)Any person who is a member of any Authority of the University, other than the University Governing Council as a representative of another body, whether of the University or not, shall retain his membership in the Authority only so long as he continues to be a member of the body from which he was nominated or elected and continue thereafter till his successor is duly nominated or elected.
