Section 183(b) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(b)the work of erection or dismantling of building or structures or formwork or false work or shoring or any other civil engineering work is carried out by trained building workers under the supervision of a person responsible for such work.
