Section 10(ii) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Compensation to Victims of Electrical Accidents) Regulations, 2018
(ii)The records of all such electrical accidents shall be maintained along with the enquiry report prepared under Regulation 11 and investigation report of the Chief Electrical Inspector.
