Section 15(1) in The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992
(1)Every decision of the Board shall be taken by passing a resolution and shall be authenticated by the signatures of the Chairman or in his absence by such other member as may be authorised by the Board in this behalf.
