Learned advocates for the respective parties have jointly relied upon the judgment and order dated 14.09.2018 passed by this Court in MCA No. 1 of 2018 as well as order dated 09.07.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C). No.26746 of 2018 and have contended that in facts of this case, keeping question of law as regards Section 29 A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 open. The application may be allowed in terms of para 12 (A). Both the learned counsel for the respective parties have jointly submitted that proceedings before the learned Arbitrator is at the stage of pronouncement of the award and therefore, in the interest of justice, time to pronounce the award be suitably extended under Section 29 A of the Act.
