Section 142B(a) in The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945
(a)A license in Form 32-A shall be deemed to be canceled or suspended, if the license owned by the licensee, in Form 32, whose manufacturing facilities, is canceled or suspended, as the case may be, under these rules.
