304. Obligation of owner of drains to allow use thereof or of joint ownership therein to others.
- Every owner of a drain connected with a Corporation drain or other place legally set apart for the discharge of drainage shall be bound to allow the use of it to others, or to admit other persons as joint owners thereof, on such terms as may be specified by the Commissioner.
