Section 11(1) in The Karnataka State Higher Education Council Act, 2010
(1)The Vice-Chairman, Executive Director or any Member, may in writing under his signature, addressed to the Chairman, resign his membership to the Council:Provided that he shall continue to hold such office until his resignation is accepted and communicated in writing.
