Section 109(6) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules, 2009
(6)In a building constructed under the provisions of Chapter XIII of these rules, the sizes of bathrooms and water closet shall conform to the following-(i)the area of an independent water closet or independent bathroom shall not be less than 1.00 sq. m. with a minimum width of 0.9m.(ii)the area of a combined bathroom with water closet shall not be less than 1.50 sq. m. with a minimum width of 1.00 m.
