[ Bye-election of President. - If a casual vacancy occurs in the office of the President owning to death or resignation or any other cause, the President shall be elected as soon as may be thereafter, but not later than three months from the date of occurrence of the said vacancy, in the manner provided in Section 43.] [Substituted by U.P.
