(Hybrid Mode) 28.05.2024: A Delay Condonation Application has been filed praying for condonation of 361 days' delay in filing the appeal. The order was passed on 28.04.2022 and this appeal has been filed on 24.05.2023. Our jurisdiction to condone delay is limited to only 15 days as per Section 61(2) proviso. Delay of 361 days in filing the appeal cannot be condoned. Delay Condonation Application is dismissed. In result, Memo of Appeal is rejected.
