Section 2 in The M.P. Economiser Rules, 1959

2. Definitions.

- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a)"Act" means the Indian Boilers Act, 1923 (V of 1923);

(b)"Section" means a Section of the Act;

(c)"Regulation" means the Indian Boilers Regulation, 1950, made by the Central Boilers Board under Section 28.
