Section 33(5) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(5)The Resident Supervisor-cum-National Service Scheme Coordinator and all other staff related with students' welfare shall be under the administrative control of the Dean, Students' Welfare.
